umichjesse
Fished some tiny headwaters in Houston County and hoppers brought dozens of wild brookies and browns to hand. The banks were so over grown that I had to teach Mia the dangle the fly technique. It is always exciting to have a fish grab your fly when the leader isn't even all the way out of your guides. Biggest fish was probably only 13 inches but tons of fun in a beautiful pasture. We watched a coyote mouse for a few minutes only fifty yards away. I was having so much fun watching him that I forgot about my camera until he finally smelled us and ran away.
vern
Wow, tiny streams & cool pics! I'd love to fish a spot like that. What kind of flowers are those?
