Where will you be traveling from and what waters will you be fishing?

I'll be traveling from Chicago to stay at the Old Barn campsite and will fish the water around the campgrounds.

I'll be traveling from the downstairs couch to the kitchen that day. I fished the trout opener once about 8 years ago, and told myself that I would never fish it again in SE MN. Way too many people. Besides, I'm a little fished out already! Wilpy, why not save some drive time and fish the Kickapoo? It's a great stream.

I will be skipping the opener and my opener will be next weekend down in SE Minnesota. I will be fishing Rush or Pine Creeks. The crowds will be about one fourth of what they will be this weekend.
