XRap #12 with 10 lbs mono 100' of line back = 9' down.

Shad Rap #8 (same as above) = 12.5' down, 200' back = 15' down. For 3 way riggging 5' of line back = 2' of dive.

Hornet H4F (same as above)= 11.5' down. For 3 way rigging 5' of line = 2' of dive.

I think Sebile makes a plug that dives really deep. Or theres plenty of really good options already mentioned.

3 way rig a 10 ounce or 1 pound weight. Less line out. You will need a rod that can handle it but it works great.

He is looking to troll 30 to 35 feet down. A 10 oz weight will put you at 50 feet down and a 16 oz will be at 80 plus. The general rule is 5 feet down for every ounce of weight. You would not even feel a walleye with a 1 pound rig anyway.
