At Game Fair 2009 there will be seminars on archery hunting for elk as well as an awesome seminar on deer processing. I know the guys are planning on having an actual deer carcass there (roadkill obtained through DNR) that they'll use to demonstrate.

The Bear seminar by Mike Antonson will also be there and if you've never seen him you definitely should! He's a bear hunting master!

Game Fair is Aug 7, 8, 9 and 14, 15, 16 off Highway 10 and Armstrong Blvd northwest of Anoka.
