I was fishing on Lake Oahe last week and saw a boat that had some rod holders that stuck out 4 or 5 feet from the edge of the boat. When we came up close to them they pulled the rod holder back into the boat then extended it again when we were past. I have been looking online but I can't find anything about these. Anybody else ever see something like this?
