Wow, What a day on the river!!
I have to start by saying THANK YOU to Jim W for sharing a totally awesome day with me.
This was truly the best day I have ever had for stream trout in Minnesota. We finished with 39 fish, the smallest being around 16" and the largest being 22". Of all the fish we caught, 90% were 18" or larger.
Jim also made me a believer in using Rapalas for stream trout. Before this adventure, I mainly threw small spinners.....not anymore!!
It could have easily been a 50+ fish day, missed a ton, lost a ton and had 4 fish break us off.

COmpletely my pleasure!!! Your more than welcome anytime!! We definitely were bonused with a large fish day!!!!
