CD player issue

The CD player in the boat has a CD loaded into it, but it won't play or eject. A CD that was burned on a personal computer was put in and obviously the player does not read it. Any ideas on how to get the dang thing out?

Usually there is a back up eject. Usually you need to use the tip of a paper clip or something. I would look for that. If not, you may need to take it apart. have you tried unplugging it from all power and then re-hooking it up to re-boot it?

Same thing happens with my cd player in truck use a blank cd (cdrom) and push it in gently try to help the other cd out it works for me. Hope this helps.

I agree with Deitz, there should be a small hole next to it that you can get a paper clip in. That will eject it.
