Does anybody know where I can get a few Shiner colored shad raps, size 8 or 9?

Shiner or shad? Silver flash with black back or just old black and silver? Shad color usually works well in shiner type waters. Not sure the exact colors your looking for.

shiner. They are chrome with the minnow details printed on it. I had 2 but lost both of them. It looks like rapala doesn't make them anymore?

I hope they didn't. Those are great baits. I know they still make that color in rattlin' raps. I've noticed some places have considerably better selections of Raps than others. I don't know if it's an old stock sort of thing or what. FF seems to have a lot of Raps I can't find elsewhere
