I have a 92 F150 that has a wiper problem. It does
not go very fast and will stop after running for a short
time. It is very whinny-sounding in operation. I am leaning towards a new motor... What do you think?? It could be
something with the delay, but if there isn't any
moisture on the glass, it barely has the power to move.
