Lowrance 332 problem

Have a blank white screen (2/3's of full screen) that I can't remove.The other 1/3 of full screen shows whatever page I have selected.

Tryed soft boot with pages and power buttons,but won't release hung up blank portion.

Any help with this would be appreciated,

Had the same thing happen. Ended up sending it in and for 150.00 bucks they got it fixed.

Thanks,but I was afraid that would be needed.How long was your turn around time?Guess rather than throw away $650,$150 is worth it.

Has anyone else had a trouble like this on their lms 332 or 522-think it's actually the same unit.

I would try a hard reset... Zin Zout buttons with the power button.
