Pop-up Camper Roof Sealing

I am going to paint/seal the roof on my mothers pop-up camper today. I was told about a product made for this, something-seal? Was told I can get it at camper world in Rogers. Anyone use this stuff before? Will I need to prime first? Have no idea what all I'll need and I don't want to waste money on stuff I don't need. Never done anything like this before. Any info would be great.

if your doing the seams, maybe flo seal? that comes in

a tube for a caulking gun. it is a lap seal that you can

use around vents also. for the side mouldings you can use

100% silicone but acrylic caulk lasts longer.

Go to menards and buy kool-coat a white rubber coating dries flexable all I did to mine was scrub it with a wire brush to scuff and clean and laid it on with a broom type wall paper brush heavy years later still tight and dry.
