For two years, the second (right) burner wouldn't light on my Big Buddy. A blue/yellow flame would wash up the ceramic burner it wasn't catching and producing heat. I finally shined a flashlight inside and found that the venturi tube had some spiderwebs inside. A pipe cleaner did the trick and now I've got a fully functioning Big Buddy again.
