Trolling Motor Battery

It seems that my trolling motor battery doesn't want to take a full charge. All last season it would only register 3/4 charged on the trolling motor tester. Now the "new" transom mount shows 3/4 and the bow mount shows 1/2.

Bow mount and Interstate battery were new last year. Any ideas? Thanks.
