Me and a small group of my fishing pals are going here This will be my first open water trip to L.O.T.W.. Have iced a few "EYES"-n - "SAUGER" though.... Is this a decent area of the lake?? I heard nice things about the resort and fishing.....

Good place to stay, not a bad spot on the lake for that time of the year. Good bar and I always liked the protected harbor to park your boat but in low water years navigating out to the lake was kinda bad. Have a good time.
