I recently purchased a wheelhouse. It weighs right in the range of 3,000 pounds. I realize it is legal to tow without trailer brakes if it is less then 3,000 pounds but I prefer to play things safe..

Questions.. how much would it cost to put brakes on the trailer? How easy is this to do? or where is a good place to take it to get it done?.. I live in the N. Metro area.
