Rough Fish Rendering?

I don't know about y'all but I'm ready for spring and shooting/catching carp, baffalo, etc. The only problem is I now live in an apartment and am unable to bury them. I know someone who is willing to take a few carp off my hands to smoke, but on the days when I shoot numbers of fish, I need a way to dispose of the few he won't take. Does anyone know of a rendering plant around the metro? Or perhaps a place that will use them for fertilizer? I heard a while back that the U of M arboretum may take fish to turn into fertilizer. Is this true? Let's please try to refrain from turning this thread into an ethics subject... Thanks for the info.

Not the greatest use, but when I lived in an apartment, I made use of the dumpster on a few occasions.

i talked to a farmer that lives on my home lake and he said i could throw them where ever i wanted as long as they were a mile + away from his house...im itching to get some of those spawning buffalo this spring!!!
