Leech Lake Walleye Tourney

This will be the first year for a new 2 day walleye tournament on Leech Lake. The proceeds will benefit local non-profit organizations.

$300 entry fee per team

$22,500 payout 1st - $8,000 2nd - $4,000

This is going to be a very successful event in it's 1st year. They reached the 100 boat quota quickly so the tournament committee requested and received a 25 boat extension from the DNR. They were at 116 teams a couple days ago. 1st place now pays back $10,000 with a total payout of over $28,000! Proceeds from this event will bensfit some area non-profit organizations.
