robert1965
I want to put a trolling motor on my kayak, and want to get the right combo that will keep me on the water the longest. is a 30 pound thrust motor with a big batterie a good start, or should I get a bigger motor. how are the new motors with the digital maximiser feature that claim 5 times the battrie life. another option would be a small gas motor, thanks for your help. Ralph Wiggum
A 30lb thrust on a kayak should be plenty of power.
