Eska Outboard Repair

A buddy of mine has an old Eska 7hp that has been sitting in storage for 10 years. He wants to use it this summer. Any idea of places that will go through it to get it back in shape? Northeast suburbs would be best for him. I know parts are tough to find, so a lot of places told him they wouldn't touch it.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Don't spend too much on getting it going.

Air cooled engine and water cooled exhaust. Impeller will be hard to find. Ugh, its a race for the most undependable outboard of all time with Wards, and Sears a close second.
