NWTF Cottonwood River Gobblers Banquet

Cottonwood River Gobblers will be holding there 7th annual banquet in Springfield on Feb. 28. Tickets can be purchased at the door that evening. Many great guns and prizes to be given away. Door opens at 5:30 at the Community Center.

For all you turkey hunters out there. These banquets are the reason you're able to hunt so many turkeys in so many areas of the state.

The NWTF is a grass roots organization dedicated to establishing turkeys and preserving and enhansing wildlife habitat for all game and non-game species.

They also promote hunting in more ways than you can imagine. Something like $350,000 in Minnesota alone has gone into Archery in the Schools. 250 schools in this state alone now have archery in PE classes thanks to banquets like this.
