We stay out on an island in the NW Angle. Year past, we were able to call and check in crossing the border both ways. Effective 6/1, if we have a passport, we will need to be at a OARS phone. If we have a NEXUS card, we will be able to call from any phone.

In my group, all of our records are clean. The concern I have is the requirement for the interview. Has anyone gone through this NEXUS process. Do you have to schedule a time to get the interview? Do you just show up? How much time does it take?
