soldoncass
Bought a different p/u. New one has 16" wheels, while the old one had 15" wheels. the old p/u motor went haywire soon after I put new tires on it. Besides the speedometer being off, anything else to think about , if I put the smaller rims and better tires on my new p/u? Thanks
deadeye
Wheel size wont matter as much as the actual diameter of the tire. They could be the same diameter, just have a smaller wheel in the middle. The major thing is making sure that it wont rub on the brakes, lots of newer trucks have bigger brakes and a smaller wheel wont fit right. It will probably make the speedometer off a little if they are smaller, but you will be less likely to speed since it will read fast.
