Sutty
I bought a new truck this year that came with a remote start from the factory. Although I have not timed it I believe it will stay running for about 5 minutes. Anyone know how I can lengthen that? PS Where did all the grease zerks go? Thanks, Sutty
Dave S
My '08 Silverado runs for 10 minutes. It can be started twice remotely. Not sure about lengthening the amount of time it runs on a remote start.
jwhjr
PS Where did all the grease zerks go? I heard something about them all being sealed now. I'm assuming from the grin that that's the case. Personally I like the zerks so that you know its staying greased up even though one of them is a PIA to do.
Sutty
Ya I agree, I'd rather have them as well. So far I have only seen them on the tie rod ends but I haven't looked real hard yet...
