Hey, just wondering any reports on area lakes for walleyes or crapps. My buddy and I are going to head up next weekend to his cabin. Any reports on Muskie Bay? Slim Lake?

Hi John ... the walleye bite has been slow, with the fish moving to deeper water. Crappie action can be a little sporadic at this time of year also, but with the warm-up, things should pick up. Check out Pastika's HSOforum, they have online fishing reports for the Hayward area. Good luck!
