You could go talk to about any welding shop in MN and they could build you a great frame. Getting a "cheap" one might be tough though. Steel is starting to come down now, but it was very high as recently as this past summer. If you could get quality 6x10 frame built for between $1000 and $1500 you would be doing good right now.

My only suggestion on frame quality is to stay away from using all angle iron in the frame. Good luck Fuzz!
