aqua vu not turning on

So I tried my aqua vu yesterday and the unit would not power on. I tried on 3 different batteries that were all charged the day before. The fuse appears at first glance to be okay. I tightened all the connections and still no red power light.

Has anyone else expereienced problems like this. Any ideas? The unit is only 2 years old and hasn't experienced any damage. It worked the end of last ice season also.

Any help would be appreciated.

Same thing happened to mine a couple years ago , I sent it in and the Moniter was bad [moisture got in somehow ] new upgraded wider moniter later and I was back in business .

you sent it in to nature vision? what did that run for service and a new monitor?

I've noticed that mine will turn on, but when I tilt the monitor up it shuts off. It was the connection that I needed to jiggle around a bit.

Yes , I sent it in to Nature Vision . Seems like it was $125 total , and I upgraded to the wider Scout XL Monitor . You can call them , VERY great personal folks to deal with .
