F 150 Wiper ??

I have a 92 F150 that has a wiper problem. It does

not go very fast and will stop after running for a short

time. It is very whinny-sounding in operation. I am leaning towards a new motor... What do you think?? It could be

something with the delay, but if there isn't any

moisture on the glass, it barely has the power to move.

It could be a weak power or a bad ground, before replacing the motor, jump a new power and ground to it and see if it has more power.
