Dog nipples

My one and a half year yellow lab has some leakage from her teets (nipples). Clear in color; she is not pregnant and has had one or two heat cycles.

Normal?

My shorthair has been leaking the last day or so too. I think it's normal and I'm wondering if this is not a precursor to coming into season. My dog is about due for this joyous event so I'll be keeping my eye on her back side for a while.

I have a year and a half lab that had the same thing. I didn't think too much of it and it only lasted a couple days or so. It was about a month after her cycle.
