Great FM get-together Sat!

Thanks to everyone who made it to Boy Scout Landing Saturday for this year's installment of the Duluth/Superior area fishingminnesota gathering.

Between folks who post and the folks they brought, we had a dozen guys on the ice. There were slightly more fish than guys, with a few walleyes caught, all below legal limit and about a dozen pout caught, up to 7 pounds, and a 2-pound pike.

There was beer and a good time and we could put faces to online handles. Now all we need is one of those FM flags to plant in the ice.

Was great to meet you and the rest of the guys out on the river.
I think this gives Rick about 5 weeks to put a flag together for the Ely trout get-together Good fishin til then,and I'll look for your truck at the river when I get out (I've got a green Tundra) will be trying upriver the next couple of weekends.
