do the perch have a lot of worms in them or are they looking good. I would love to catch a bunch of Big Perch

The perch atre not too bad on Butternut if you an find some bigger fish. The little weed fish can get spotty and wormy, but there is a healthy population of 8-11" fish schooling on the edges and dropoffs that don't seem to be too bad. I guess I'll find out better this weekend. We should be pulling our fish house out Saturday. 5" last weekend and making ice every night should help!! I'll let you know how we do. Don't be afraid to perforate the lake, then run & gun the active holes. These fish don't sit tight for long.
