Strikemaster Auger

I have an old strikemaster with the chipper blade. Does anyone know if I can just buy the lazer style lower unit and replace the one I have with it?

Yes you can do that,...I looked into it and for the money it wasn't worth it. I would just go to the Strikemaster HSOforum and find a phone number to call and ask them for pricing. I wanna say it was like $100-$125 for the auger itself.

Fleet Farm carries the Lazer auger bit (redesign with the center point guide). Was ~$95 last year for the 8 inch.
