Rock guard on new house ?

When putting the diamond plate on, do you run the side material all the way down or only slightly past the start of the diamond plate ? Does it add much strength to run full height sheets or is it spending needless $ ?

im no expert but from the ones we've owned they have always gone half way or so. i would say it would be adding needless weight and that stuff can get expensive too

unless you are trailering it for long distances i wouldn't think the strength would do to much. ours just gets moved about an 1/8 of a mile a year, on and off the ice
