I know that permanent houses need to be licensed. Do portables need to be licensed as well? If so, any clue how much it costs?

I know that in ND I don't need a license on any shelter. But since we're on the subject, what does an out of state MN license for a fish trap cost, so I don't have to look it up or be suprised when I buy one.
