House door inside atv door ?

I seen on of these on a fishhouse along the freeway up by Clear Lake, MN, It is a rear entry door inside (I assume) an atv door. Anyone now where these come from ? Is a ramp door better than a dbl door ?

I think I remember seeing something like that at last year's ice show. There's a door built into the ramp door. So on those occassions you need to use the rear exit, you don't have to drop the entire ramp door.
