posting avatar

Im trying to get the picture in my avatar. I know I have seen it tons of times in my years as a lurker.

I will keep searching for it but perhaps someone could assist me?

found it. have to go to the photography section and follow directions I guess.

You will need a photo hosting site like Photobucket. You will need to upload your photo and size it for a avatar. You will need to copy and paste the URL of the picture.Then go to MY Stuff at the top of the page and go to profile and there is a spot to put the URL of your avatar. You also might want to go to the Photography forum if any problems because loading your avatar is just like a picture only a smaller size.
