Scope problem?

The scope on my .270 has an issue. The crosshairs make an X instead of a + like they should. What is wrong? Is it fixable? Thanks for any help. Figured I better get it looked at/fixed with Rifle season a little over a month a way.

I gotta ask the obvious. Is it mounted properly? Not trying to insult you, but just trying to get more info.

No prob! It is mounted properly. I have had the gun for about 15 years. It only gets used during MN rifle season and that is it. Noticed it last year on the final weekend. I assume I bumped it, but was curious as to if it was fixable or not? Have not shot it to see it is ON or not....kinda worried about where it might go.
