Remote on/off for Spinning Wing Decoys

Is it possible to convert spinning wings, with an on/off switch, to a remote switch?

How difficult is it? Is it expensive? Where would you locate parts?

There is a kit available, but remotes are illegal in Minnesota.

Assumption made that he is hunting in MN. Know what happens when you assume.

Check your mfg HSOforum. Most offer a plug and play for $50-70. MN use can be legal with a simple low voltage on/off switch hard wired to decoy. Pretty sure this was discussed in the waterfowl forum. Use the search feature.
