BULLETBOB
I bought some paint today to touch up my decoys. I did not notice till I got home that it is oil based. Will this work or should I return it for something else? Thanks

Redbeard5289
I got a question for all you deocy painters out there.Do you have any recommendations for a clear sealer I could put over my freshly painted decoys?I repainted my goose decoys last winter and put then back in the decoy bag after all was said and done. Took them out this week to check anchors and lines before early season and noticed some minor scuff marks on the lighter parts from them shifting in the decoy bag. Looking to add a clear sealer to them to protect the paint job but don't want a glossy finish to scare the birds away. I found some poly with a satin finish at Fleetfarm yesterday. Will that work or should I look for something in a flat finish? Any recommendations?ThanksRedbeard
