I want to add a second battery to the back of my boat so I can move the bilge pump, live well pump, locater, and lights to a separate battery so I don't have to worry about enough juice to start the motor.
From what I've heard, a gel cell is lighter and would last a lot longer, just wondering if that's worth the extra money. Or are there more advantages that I don't know about?
