The newly formed Rum River Chapter of the Minnesota Waterfowl Association is holding their first annual Conservation Banquet on Thursday, September 11th, 2008, at Wells Catering & Event Center in Ramsey. Dabbling Hour starts at 6 pm with a prime rib dinner served at 7:30. The banquet will feature various raffles, games, door prizes and auctions. All money raised at the banquet will be spent right here in Minnesota on projects in the local area and around the state.
