minnkota 330 onboard charger

the #2 bank on my charger does not seem to be working, #1 and #2 are my 24v sys, and #3 is starting bat, when I plug in after a days use the 1 and 3 turn to yellow (charge) but 2 stays green,(charged). do these normaly loose 1 bank at a time or all at once go bad? whats an easy way to determine a fix or replacement need? there are circut breakers at the batteries, they dont look like the reset type tho. all batteries are new. any info helpfull

Unless you notice a huge difference is available power to your electric, I'd say all is probably well. To find out if there's something up, change the charger leads around from battery to battery and see if things stay the same - if not, then you might have something going on...
