Then and Now

The first photo is our windmill which is right out my back door. It has been on our place at least since my father in law was little. I took this one handheld with my EFS 55-250 IS, looking straight up.

I took this photo of a "modern" windmill on the Buffalo Ridge. We are farming a piece in the midst of the wind towers. Again, this was handheld with the same lens, looking straight up. I could have switched lenses to give more of a size perspective, but I had two guys with me who were rolling their eyes as I was taking this one.
