Farley
Here's something to do with all those chuckers you bring home from the game farm. The recipie we went off called out smoked sausage but we just substituted the cut up chuckers.Take or make a tinfoil bag for grilling. leave one side open so you can add liquid before you put on the grill. cut up the chuckers into small, bite size pieces. chop up some green, yellow, and red peppers, we put two jalepeno and on anahiem pepper in also. Chop up one sweet onion. put it all in the bag, maybee salt and pepper or seasoning. Now for the good part. Take 1/4 cup Tobasco (we used the smokey chipotle tobasco) and dump it in. Now take a 10 oz. bottle of sweet and sour sauce and dump that in. Seal up the bag and cook on med-high heat for 45 minutes turning the bag over every 15 minutes. Now this dish is spicy but its not "sucking down milk and eating bread every 15 seconds" spicy. But each one of us who ate it had to blow their nose after. It was darn good though. Maybee even cook up some white rice and top with the veggie\chucker mixture. You still get the "bite" of the peppers and tobasco but the sweet and sour really tames down the "uncomfortable" hotness, if that makes any sense.
