X-332 power intermittently cutting out

I have a Lowrance X-332 that shuts off intermittently. When it does, I am not able to turn it back on for a few minutes. Then it works fine... for some 1-10 minutes and shuts off again. Before someone thinks the power cord is bad, I also have an X-135 and it works just fine on the same power & transducer cords when I swap it out. Has anyone seen this problem before... and is there a fix?

So... I guess this seems to be a new problem with Lowrance sonars. I chose to disconnect the GPS and I wonder if this has anything to do with the curious malfunction...

I've got the opposite problem, my 332 kept turning on and off by itself so I had to unplug it all the time. I sent it in and the replacement they sent the light kept changing. Sent that one back and tried the replacement yesterday and that one keeps going to the 5 ft. range . They said there is a problem with the touch pad. Call them and see if they can help? I'll be calling again tomorrow. Just what I wanted another weekend without a depth finder!
