the big dipper Posted December 30, 2003 Share Posted December 30, 2003 I don't know if it's kosher to post a recipie on this forum- but alot of guy's probably dont peruse the recipie board.Here's a spicy way to fix up crappies or whatever when you're getting tired of fried fish. You can get Patak's brand vindaloo curry paste (in a jar) at many supermarkets or at superTarget. Use the recipe on the jar with your fillets - simmer very slowly and serve with a big pile of white rice to soak up all the juice. GREAT WITH OLD MIL!!!
