EricD
last weekend. We fished for walleye for a few hours but only turned up a little northern. On the way back to the launch we stopped for a little bluegill fishing and caught enough for dinner and some bigger ones to throw back. We had a hard time keeping the bass off. I snapped a picture of my wife with a decent one before it went back into the drink. I don't know if there's a policy of posting pictures of out-of-season fish but I can put one up if it's ok. Here's a shot of my son "fishing" with his new baitcaster:
BassThumb
Always a good time watching new people with baitcasters I know the very first cast I ever made, it hit the water like 10ft in front of me and blew up bad, w00ps. Spent the next 45 minutes picking it out.
