Bearing buddy starting to work its way out

Can I rap on the outside of the hub to make the opening smaller? Other fixes?

I've heard of guys using a center punch on the ID of the bearing buddy (the side that seats into the hub) and having decent luck with that.

Take a hunk of wood (2 X 2) and a hammer and beat the bearing buddy into submission. The wood helps soften the blow of the hammer and prevents the hammer from directly hitting the bearing buddy. Work the edges slowly and eventually it should pop into place for you.
