I have a source for a factory electric start kit for my 84 Evinrude 35hp, and am about to pull the trigger. Have any of you done this? I understand the toughest part of the whole deal is to get the flywheel off with the flywheel puller, then it's just installing parts and switches, etc.

Any advice out there? Factory kits are about $350, or so.
