How soon can you tell if roses made it through the winter? I have a feeling I lost mine. Except for a little green coloration at the base, it looks dead to me.

The green coloration is good.Should be just fine.

I would say you're going to have to wait 2-3 weeks longer than you might normally to find out what's made it and hasn't made it.

Seems like that's about how far behind everything is compared to the last couple of years.
