Again ,thanks Steve!....I've been going each morning for a week or so and have 3 different grouse "locked in" on their drumming logs...trouble is...these guys aren't stupid!...they see any movement and immediately stop drumming!...certainly can't blame them ..only protecting their butts from a potential critter ,hawk, owl, fox...etc....or me I guess!...good way to live longer! ...if anyone would want to see these grouse"up close"...Just let me know!...they'll be on those logs for a few more weeks for sure...

Jonny I sure like those grouse also - nice shots as usual, keep them coming - we sure don't see any of those here in the suburbs.
